Account
I did not receive activation email. What should I do?

There can be a delay with email delivery because of overload of email service. It is normal if you get email in some minutes. But If you haven’t received your email activation letter within 5-15 minutes please make sure the email did not end up in your junk or spam mail folder. If you do not receive an activation email in 20 minutes after registration, please contact us by email with subject "Account activation" from your registered email. We will activate your account manually.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Please please follow link 'Forgot Password'. After you enter your email and click 'Reset password' we’ll send you email with confirmation link you should use to update forgotten password.

I did not receive email with ‘Reset password link’. What should I do?

If you haven’t received your email activation letter within 5-15 minutes please contact us by email with subject "Reset my password" from your registered email.

I have submitted incorrect information when signing up, what should I do?

If you have supplied incorrect information when signing up you should contact us from your registered email address and provide details of the mistake.

Can I close my account?

Is it safe to exchange with Cryptex24?

What is the minimum amount I can exchange?

We don't have minimum order. Instead of this we have a minimum commission for each exchange direction. Please be aware it. Our full rates schedule can be found here.

How long does it take to process an order with instant money transfer?

We always aim to process orders as quickly as possible. We require up to 4 business hours from the receipt of your payment to complete your order, however there are some exceptions. If you send us Money Transfer (WU. MG etc.) the speed of receiving depends on time you provide us transfer’s details. We can pick up transfer only in business hours of agent locations Western Union, MoneyGram etc. Transfers numbers given after the closing of agent locations will be picked up next day. If we send you Money Transfer (WU. MG etc.) we will do it in business hours within 1-4 hours from the receipt of your payment. Orders paid after the closing of agent locations will be completed next day. Our business hours are from 9:00 to 19:00 GMT+7:00 (02:00 to 12:00 GMT). If you need extra emergency money transfer and you see that our business hours are close to end, please contact us and ask if we could pick up or send the transfer in the nearest time.

How fast is exchange from one virtual currency to another?

Exchange to some directions is instant. Other exchange needs to be completed by our operator. There are also some directions that need to be confirmed by Payment System. The time of confirmation incoming payment depends only on payment system support team. If you need to know the exact time of exchange please contact us.

How many confirmations do you require for Bitcoin transactions?

We wait for 3 confirmations.

Do you exchange PayPal to Bitcoin, PerfectMoney, Paxum etc.?

No! Due to fraud risks and refunds we do not accept PayPal, sorry for inconvenience.

Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Please take care when placing your orders as once an order has been submitted and payment has been received, it is often not possible to have it cancelled or reversed.

Why does my wallet display a different Bitcoin amount than I ordered?

The constantly fluctuating value of bitcoin means that the current value of your order will be constantly changing. To solve this problem and give you possibility to order exact amount that you wish we provide you 15 minutes timeframe to pay your order. You will see the ticker on your order page. If we receive payment from you until this timeframe expires, you will get ordered amount. If we receive your payment later, we transfer the amount of BTC as calculated using the current rate at the time your transfer was arrived to us.

Do I need to verify my account?

Although verification is not required for most type of orders, we recommend you to verify your account. This will facilitate the restoration of access to the account in the event of loss of access to your e-mail.

Why do I need to verify my account?

Identity verification protects our customers from potential fraud and helps us to fulfill our KYC, AML requirements.

What information will I need to provide to verify my account?

To verify your account you will need to provide your name with an identity document such as a driving licence or passport. In some cases where your details could not be confirmed we will require a photo with document in your hands to complete your verification.

Why hasn’t my account been verified yet?

If your account verification is in progress, you should allow 12-48 hours for us to process your information and provide a result. If you haven’t heard from us, please check that we have all the information required, check your email in case we have requested a secondary document from you. You can always contact us if you require more information about the progress of your account verification.

What happens to the information I provide?

All the information you provide is governed by our privacy policy which can be viewed here. Don’t worry about your personal information, we delete it from online as soon as receive and check it.
